These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Neighbarly mobile application (the “App”) operated by Neighbarly, LLC.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

 

1. Description of Service

Neighbarly is a platform that connects users with participating restaurants and food delivery providers.

Neighbarly, LLC. does not prepare food, process orders, or provide delivery services. The App facilitates connections between users and third-party restaurants or service providers.

All food preparation, order fulfillment, delivery, and payment processing are handled by third parties.

 

2. User Eligibility

By using the App, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • You will use the App only for lawful purposes.

 

3. Third-Party Services

The App may redirect users to third-party platforms for:

  • Ordering food

  • Processing payments

  • Delivery services

These services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy policies.

Neighbarly, LLC. is not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of third-party providers.

 

4. No Guarantees or Warranties

Neighbarly, LLC. makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Food quality

  • Restaurant service

  • Delivery times

  • Order accuracy

All such matters are the responsibility of the restaurant or delivery service fulfilling the order.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

 

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neighbarly, LLC. shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Use of the App

  • Orders placed through third-party services

  • Restaurant or delivery service performance

  • Interruptions or technical issues within the App

 

6. Modifications to the App

Neighbarly, LLC. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time without notice.

 

7. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

 

8. Changes to These Terms

Neighbarly, LLC. may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
